ESL have revealed details regarding open and closed qualifiers for ESL One New York 2019.
A total of four open qualifiers were announced for Europe and North America, two per region. All matches barring the concluding round of four will adhere to a best-of-one format, with decider matches seeing a best-of-three series played out. Two of the strongest sides from each qualifier will advance to the closed stage.

The four qualified squads will go onto join four invited sides in their respective regional closed qualifiers, where they will butt heads in a single-elimination, best-of-3 bracket for one of two coveted New York final spots.
